Deleting your account and your data
CliniPool (published by KISSAI srl, Belgium) lets you request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, in accordance with the GDPR.
How to request deletion
Two options:
From the app: open CliniPool → Settings → My data, then follow the account deletion procedure.
By email: write to support@clinipool.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest.
Data deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases:
- your profile (name, email address, preferences);
- your saved pools and installations;
- your water analysis and treatment history;
- your products, stock and personal settings;
- the identifiers and usage data linked to your account.
Data retained
Certain data may be retained on a limited basis where required by law: transaction records and billing information related to subscriptions, kept for the applicable legal accounting and tax period, then deleted. None of this data is used for any other purpose.
